KÖY is launched by Siyahkalem with the partnership of Emlak Konut in Zekeriyakoy within 467.000 sqm land to entail 1.167 residences and an area of 15.000 sqm commercial&retail space.

KÖY Zekeriyaköy project included a variety of residences ranging from small apartments to villas with swimming pools. English firm Hopkins Architects generated the concept project, Toner designed sample interiors, DS Designed landscaping while Agcakale Architects undertook the construction drawings and detail design through the construction phase with Siyahkalem.

The project also included various commercial and recreational space such as shopping venues, playgrounds, sports complexes, swimming pools and landscaping.
